How to Use

1. Clean the inner tongue surface of the shoes.
2. Peel off the protective backing of the tongue pad.
3. Attach the pad to the tongue of your shoes, placing the narrow end towards the toes.
4. Press firmly to ensure a snug fit.
5. To remove, gently and slowly peel off. They are designed to be removed without leaving any trace.
